My name is Tracey MacKenzie and this is the space where I share the things I make, as well as the things I like, with you. Things that are different or unique appeal to me and so my space is a bit eclectic.
I have had my own interior design practice for over 20 years but am presently working as the Editorial Manager for a conglomerate of design and lifestyle magazines that are distributed across Canada. I also have a design and diy blog you can access here.
I was asked to create a magazine in 2016 for the the Breast cancer Charity called Pink in the City in order to celebrate their 10th anniversary. Between the magazine and the various events done through the year, we managed to raise $150,000 for the Cedars Breast Cancer Center. As such, we decided to continue to make the magazine each year. I will upload the link to the latest magazine shortly.
I am a regular contributor to many magazines, including the ones I work for, and I regularly give lectures on how to make your home your sanctuary in Canada and Bermuda. My interior design work has been portrayed in the following publications: The Montreal Gazette, The National Post, The Suburban, Wall to Wall, Montreal Home Magazine and the “Royal Gazette” in Bermuda.
I have appeared on the television shows; Citymag, Take One, Salut Beauté, C’est simple comme bonjour, Feng Shui Life and the HGTV show called Buy Me.
In 2018, I plan on launching my line of Eco-friendly products for the home as well as creating my own magazine, which will feature my products as well as the places, foods and things I love. I look forward to getting your feedback.
